Mixed papers & household cardboard is collected from paperbanks and are processed at our depot, and checked for quality before being baled into mill size bales, then stored into 25 tonnes loads. These loads are then sent to board Mills such as the St.Regis Group and used as fluting for board making into carboard packaging again and various other products.

Tetra-pak baled cartons are dropped into a large pulping machine. This produces a grey-brown mixture, from which the foil and polyethylene are separated from the fibre. The fibre is recovered to make into new paper products and the mix of plastic and aluminium is used to generate energy or separated out into pure aluminium.
